These Terms of Service govern access to Symbiotisk Kanban, an internal kanban and task-management tool operated by Symbiotisk ApS.
Internal use
Symbiotisk Kanban is provided for internal business use by Symbiotisk ApS team members and authorized collaborators. It is not a public consumer service. Access may be granted, changed, or revoked by Symbiotisk ApS administrators.
User responsibilities
Users must keep their login credentials secure, use the app only for legitimate work purposes, and avoid uploading unlawful, confidential third-party, or unnecessary personal data unless authorized for the relevant project.
Google Calendar integration
Users may connect their own Google Calendar account to create calendar events from assigned kanban cards. Using this integration is optional and can be disconnected from the user's profile page.
By using the Google Calendar integration, the user authorizes Symbiotisk Kanban to create calendar events based on card title and date/time information selected in the app. The app does not use the integration to inspect or manage existing calendar events.
Availability and changes
Symbiotisk Kanban is provided as an internal operational tool. Symbiotisk ApS may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or business operations.
Data and privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how account, kanban, file, and Google Calendar integration data is handled.
